CASPER, Wyo. — Interstate 90 is closed from the Montana state line to Gillette Sunday due to winter conditions, said the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT). US 16 from Buffalo to Ucross is also closed
Multiple crashes were reported on the I-90 Sunday morning between Buffalo and Sheridan at milepost 44 WYDOT issued a full closure of I-90 in both directions between Sheridan and Buffalo due to winter conditions.
Slick roads and reduced visibilities are reported along with drifting and blowing snowfall in the Bighorn Basin. Winter conditions and crashes also have closed Interstate 25 from Casper to Glendo, where a crash was reported Sunday afternoon shortly after 1:00 p.m.
The estimated reopening time is unknown.
