CASPER, Wyo. — Outer Drive (WY 258) is closed between Mills and Evansville due to gusts of at least 69 mph, the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) said Saturday. In addition, Interstate 25 is closed to light, high-profile vehicles from Buffalo to Douglas due to blow over risk. Closures due to winter conditions extend on I-25 all the way to Cheyenne.

Black ice and no unnecessary travel are advised on I-25 east of Casper, and roads are slick between Casper and Buffalo.
