CASPER, Wyo. — Wyoming Highway 22 over Teton Pass will close at noon Thursday, January 6 for avalanche mitigation, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT).

In advance of the planned closure of the road, no parking will be allowed after 8 p.m. Wednesday between Jackson and the Idaho state line from mile marker 7 to mile marker 17, according to WYDOT.

Wyoming Highway 22 is open on Wednesday but no trailer traffic is allowed and Chain Law – Level 1 is in effect, according to WYDOT.
