CASPER, Wyo. — Interstate 25 has reopened to all traffic across Wyoming after facing closures in the southeast for much of Wednesday and Thursday morning.
I-25 is open with the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) listing no travel advisories as of 12:40 p.m. Thursday.
I-80, on the other hand, continues to face closures on Thursday afternoon. Some closures were temporarily lifted on Thursday morning but were reimplemented by WYDOT shortly thereafter.
As of 12:40 p.m. Thursday, I-80 is closed to all traffic in both directions from Cheyenne to Rawlins due to winter conditions. Eastbound travel is closed to all traffic from Rock Springs to Rawlins due to a rolling closure, according to WYDOT.
WYDOT has provided no estimated opening time for the closures impacting I-80.
