Crash, slick conditions impacting I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie Sunday evening

CASPER, Wyo. — Interstate 80 from Rawlins to Laramie and WY 258 between Laramie and Walcott Junction have reopened to all traffic after partial closures to wind-prone traffic Sunday afternoon, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT).

Slick road conditions and high winds mean that closure to light, high-profile vehicles remains on I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie as of 5:21 p.m. Sunday.

A crash at at milepost 340 was also reported at 4:02 p.m., blocking all lanes eastbound between Laramie and Cheyenne.
