The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) closed a portion of Interstate 25 southbound between Douglas and Glendo due to crashes Friday morning.
I-25 south from Exit 126 (Douglas) to Exit 92 (Glendo) is the affected portion of the highway as of shortly before 10 a.m. Friday. At this time, the estimated reopening time is unknown.
Wintry conditions have affected travel across parts southeastern and central Wyoming, with I-25 in both directions from Glendo to Midwest currently slick with snowfall. Aside from the aforementioned portions, there are currently no other closures on the route as of Friday morning.
