Chance of snow on Monday, but skies to clear after that

CASPER, Wyo. — Casper residents could see some winter weather at the start of the coming week, though conditions are expected to clear back up fairly quickly.

On Monday, the National Weather Service in Riverton is predicting a 40% chance of snow showers throughout the day. Temperatures are expected to reach up to 31 degrees and drop to as low as 20 degrees at night. The day will also feel chillier due to winds that could reach up to 33 mph.

On Tuesday, the clouds will part for a mostly sunny day, though the NWS in Riverton reports that Casper residents can still expect winds to eclipse 30 mph. Tuesday’s temperatures will be warmer, reaching 40 degrees. At night, temps will fall to as low as 22 degrees.

Wednesday will once again be a blustery day in Casper, with the NWS in Riverton predicting wind gusts of around 26 mph. Temperatures will reach nearly 50 degrees during the day and will fall to 37 degrees at night.
