CASPER, Wyo. — The trend of unsettled afternoon weather continues in Natrona County today and over the Memorial Day weekend.

According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, today’s high will reach 75 degrees with sunny skies, ahead of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Some of the storms could produce gusty winds, small hail and heavy rain.

Saturday will again see sunny skies until the afternoon, when rain and thunderstorms are possible. The chance of precipitation is 60%, the NWS in Riverton said. The high will reach 77 degrees.

Sunday again could see thunderstorms after noon, but chances are around 30%. The high will be around 77 degrees.

A high above 80 degrees is likely on Memorial Day, along with a chance of thunderstorms and gusty winds after noon.
