CASPER, Wyo. — Summer’s farewell tour in Casper will be marked by clear to partly cloudy skies and a warming trend extending through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Riverton.

Today’s early morning fog, mainly before 8 a.m., will make way for sunshine, with a high expected around 72.

Tonight will be mostly clear, with temperatures dropping to a cozy 48.

Clear Skies and a Breezy Weekend

Tomorrow promises clear skies with highs reaching up to 78 degrees. There will be a mild west-southwest wind blowing at 5–9 mph.

Those heading to the David Street Station splash pad on its final day this season can anticipate sunny conditions with highs around 82. Do secure those hats, though, as a breezy southwest wind, shifting to west-northwest in the afternoon, might gust at up to 23 mph.

Nightfall will see temperatures settling around 48 with winds continuing their brisk pace.

Looking Ahead: Chance of Midweek Rain

While the weekend is set to be dry and sunny, there’s a hint of rain approaching late Wednesday into Thursday and temperatures look to lean below average in the coming days.
