The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Galdino.
According to an NCSO Facebook Post, Galdino is currently wanted for a bond violation for the original charges of strangulation of a household member and domestic battery. The suspect also has an active arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
