CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper man is facing a recommended charge of Driving While Under the Influence, after it was alleged that the man tipped his Jeep over near 2nd and Lennox Streets in Casper, Friday night.
22-year-old Sean Pappas of Casper was arrested during the nighttime hours of May 3rd.
Police say that at approximately 11:00 pm, officers responded to the area of 2nd and Lennox after a witness called dispatch to report a vehicle driving erratically.

An affidavit in the case says that the reporting party said the vehicle had been westbound on 2nd Street, before striking a tree near 2nd and Lennox, which flipped the vehicle on its side.
Upon arrival, police contacted the driver of the Jeep, identified as Pappas.
Pappas was examined by medical personnel and it was reported that the suspect denied medical treatment.
Police describe Pappas as having physical symptoms of recent alcohol use.
Officers say that they conducted field sobriety tests with the suspect, on the scene of the crash. It says in the affidavit that officers determined that Pappas was too impaired to operate a motor vehicle safely, and took him into custody.
The affidavit says that Pappas participated ina breath test at the Natrona County Detention Center, which reportedly showed a breath alcohol concentration of .132%.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
