CASPER, Wyo. — A man who was reported to have walked away from the Casper Re-Entry Center, has returned to Natrona County and is in the custody of the Natrona County Detention Center.
According to jail records, 23-year-old Justin Wolfgang Ruckdeschel was booked into the local detention center on July 26th. Natrona County Sheriff’s Officials say that Ruckdeschel arrived at the Natrona County facility as part of an out-of-state transfer.
A spokesperson from the Missoula County, Montana Sheriff’s Office say that Ruckdeschel was arrested there, and found to have an outstanding warrant from Wyoming. He was identified and taken into custody by Missoula County officials on May 1, 2019.

Ruckdeschel was at the Casper Re-Entry Center serving a sentence out of Albany County, for a previous charge of Taking or Receiving Stolen Property.
The suspect failed to return to the Casper Re-Entry Center at approximately noon, Monday, April 1, 2019.
According to Natrona County jail records, Ruckdeschel is being held at the NCDC on a criminal warrant and a hold for the Wyoming State Penitentiary.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
