Suspect sought in Cheyenne auto burglary

CASPER, Wyo. — The Cheyenne Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in a vehicle burglary.

Cheyenne PD says that they’ve been investigating the case, which reportedly occurred on July 19.

Cheyenne PD officials say that the victim had the window of their vehicle broken out. The suspect is also alleged to have stolen an ID, bank card, and other items. The suspect is suspected of using the stolen items to withdraw a large sum of money from the victim’s account.

The Cheyenne Police Department is asking the public to help identify the person in the photos, provided by the Cheyenne PD.

“To prevent yourself from being the victim of a vehicle burglary, remember ‘Lock it or Lose it,'” Cheyenne Police said in a release on Thursday afternoon. “Lock your doors, hide your valuables, or take them with you.”
