CASPER, Wyo. — The Mills Police Department says that they’re looking for several individuals with active warrants in Natrona County.

All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office. Having a warrant for arrest is not considered an indication of guilt.

Christian D. Lapointe, age 24 Male- Failure to Comply; original charge of No Drivers License, Failure to Give Right of Way to Emergency vehicle
Tammy R. Loisel, age 50 Female- Failure to Comply; original charge of DWUI, Improper Lane Change, No Driver’s Licence
Steven K. Haworth, age 63 Male- Failure to Comply; original charge of No Driver’s License and No Insurance
John A. Thellman, age 38 Male- Failure to Comply; original charge of No Turn Signal, No Insurance, and Interference With a Police Officer
Robert E. Friday, age 25 Male- Failure to Appear; original charge of Disturbing The Peace and Driving While Under suspension
Isaac Dorman, age 22 Male- No Seatbelt. Mills Police also note that Isaac Dorman is wanted for questioning in regards to a pursuit in Mills Tuesday night, August 13, 2019.
