Update 1/16/20 9:00 am: Casper Police Department confirmed that the suspect, Danielle Rickert, age 24, turned herself in.
CASPER, Wyo. — Casper Police Department officials say that a suspect in an alleged knife attack has been arrested.
Details are few at this time, but Casper Police identified the suspect as Danielle Rickert to media on Wednesday January 15. Casper PD Public Information Officer Rebekah Ladd said at the time that police were looking for Rickert, identifying her as a suspect.

Ladd confirmed on Thursday morning, that Rickert had been arrested at approximately 5:45 pm, January 15, at the Casper Police Department.
Further details surrounding the alleged assault and the arrest of Rickert have not been released.
According to jail records, Rickert was booked into custody at the Natrona County Detention Center. She was recommended for charges including Aggravated Assault and Domestic Battery.
Shortly before 9:00 pm, January 14, 2020 Casper Police Officers responded to Wyoming Medical Center for a report of an adult female that had been assaulted with a knife.
Upon investigation officers report that they learned that the incident took place at a residence shortly before, where a brief altercation occurred and resulted in the victim being assaulted with a knife.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
