Details are few at this time, but Otterholt reportedly was arrested after police responded to the 1200 block of North Melrose in Casper, just after the noon hour, for a reported disturbance.

Police reported to a private home but could not contact anyone inside, regarding the reported disturbance. A Casper PD spokesperson said that a warrant was obtained and officers entered the home.

Police say that a K9 unit was deployed, and as a result of the K9 search, officers found a reported 15.1 ounces of marijuana in the home, as well as items of paraphernalia.

The misdemeanor charge of Property Destruction was reported to have come from the breakage of windows, during the reported incident. However officers did not provide specific details.

Otterholt was arrested as a result of the investigation where she was transported to the Natrona County Detention Center.

The suspect was reportedly arrested a week-and-a-half previously.

According to court paperwork released in that case, Otterholt was charged with two felony counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

According to an affidavit filed in Natrona County Circuit Court, Mills Police Officers reportedly found marijuana inside of a cigarette pack, which was found inside Otterholt’s purse, that Otterholt had brought to the Wyoming Probation and Parole office, in Natrona County.

P&P agents and Casper Police officers say they then proceeded to a Casper motel, where Otterholt was reported to be living, for a home search. During the search a shard of suspect methamphetamine was found on a nightstand. Otterholt also provided P&P agents with a socket containing suspected marijuana residue, and multiple small baggies containing suspected methamphetamine residue.

All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.
