Deputies say that when they arrived to the location they observed Cisneros and another individual involved in a verbal dispute, while standing outside of their vehicles in a parking lot.
The accuser stated that before the deputy had arrived on scene, Cisneros had pulled a firearm on them during the argument.
The alleged victim stated that Cisneros had reached into the back seat of his vehicle and grabbed a tan, plastic box containing a Beretta. The accuser went on to allege that Cisneros pulled out the firearm, chambered a round and pointed the weapon directly at their face.
The accuser told authorities that while pointing the Beretta at them the suspect said “It’s a right to bear arm state and I will f****** kill you.”
Cisneros made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Monday, July 27th, 2020 to hear the felony charge of Aggravated Assault read to him.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office.
