The affidavit reports that the pregnant victim was not drinking at the bar, and that she had told Moore about her pregnancy during the course of the night.

Police say that the victim and friends left the area when Moore asked for a ride to a Cheyenne hotel, to which the accuser told officers they reluctantly agreed.

Once at the hotel, it was reported that Moore was invited by one member of the group to join them in Colorado. The victim in the case, said that she did not want to drive Moore to Colorado.

Moore is then accused of calling the accuser a “dumb b***h,” and punching them on the jaw with a closed fist.

The suspect then is said to have left the vehicle and gotten into another vehicle nearby. When confronted by friends of the accuser, it was reported that Moore kicked another person in the face, before leaving the area.

Moore was taken into custody at a private hotel room on Fox Farm Road, in Cheyenne.

According to Wyoming Statute, Aggravated Assault and Battery Against a Pregnant Woman carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison, a fine of $10,000 or both.

All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Laramie County District Attorney’s Office.
