The suspect was officially charged by Natrona County Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen, during a hearing on the afternoon of September 16, with Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Possession of Child Pornography. Both charges represent felonies in the state of Wyoming.

All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

During the Thursday hearing, an Assistant District Attorney described a victim in the case as being older that 13 but younger than 18. They also told the court that the weight of some of the evidence in the case was “overwhelming.”

The suspect, identified in open court as 24-year-old Trevor Fulton, described himself as a currently unemployed resident of the Glenrock area.

Fulton was given a bond amount of $15,000 cash or surety during the September 16 hearing. It is expected that a preliminary hearing will be scheduled in the case to see if the charges against Fulton will be bound over to District Court.
