CASPER, Wyo. — A bicyclist was transported to Banner Wyoming Medical Center with unknown injuries after a crash on Wyoming Highway 220 Tuesday morning, the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office told Oil City in a statement.
The crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. near milepost 104. Responding agencies told dispatchers that the crash involved a woman hit by a vehicle traveling at highway speeds. The vehicle remained on scene, the NCSO said.
Southbound lanes fully reopened to all traffic around 12:27 p.m., the Wyoming Department of Transportation said.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
