Hit and Run, WYO 220, Milepost 86
Around 12:25 p.m., a reporting party stated they had seen a vehicle crash into a fence post and drive off. The Alcova resident deputy was able to locate and make contact with the driver. The investigation has been transferred to the Wyoming Highway Patrol.
Crash with Injuries, 10:30 a.m., WYO 220 near Goose Egg
A bicyclist was transported to Banner Wyoming Medical Center with unknown injuries after a crash on Wyoming Highway 220 on Tuesday morning, the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office told Oil City in a statement. More information is available here.
Disturbance, June 28, WYO 20/26, 4:50 p.m.
A reporting party stated that his daughter and her friend were broken down in their car while headed to Edness Kimball Wilkins State Park. He said that an ex-boyfriend of one of the women had located them on the side of the road and was pounding on the exterior of the vehicle. While deputies were en route, the father picked up the women and drove them back to a residence. The boyfriend had since left the scene. Further investigation is pending on the wishes of the reporting parties.
Family Fight, June 28, 2400 block of Andrea Street
Deputies responded around 3:28 a.m. Wednesday morning to a report of a family fight. A woman reported that her partner was agitated and throwing items around the camper. She ushered their two children out of the camper and to a vehicle for safety. The man had two active warrants for failure to comply, and was arrested.
