CASPER, Wyo. — Casper Police arrested a white male in a blue pickup after he failed to yield at the Poplar Street intersection near Mike Sedar Park on Saturday afternoon, a representative of the department told Oil City News.
“He was going about 15 miles an hour,” said the on-duty sergeant. “He didn’t comply for a little bit, so we got him out of the vehicle and into custody.”
Oil City received a tip around 4:10 p.m. Saturday describing a “large police presence” at the intersection.
The man remains in custody, but the police have cleared the intersection, removing the vehicle from the road.
