CASPER, Wyo. — The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office found a felony escapee after he failed to return from work release.
Phillip Campbell is described as a 43-year-old white man, about 5-foot-2 and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was found by deputies at 1:15 p.m. Thursday, the sheriff’s office reported.
Campbell was participating in the work release program at the Casper Re-Entry Center, a news release states. He failed to return after his scheduled work shift on Sept. 20 at 10 p.m. and was reported as an escapee by Casper Re-Entry Center staff to the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office.
Campbell was originally convicted of felony aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude police.
