CASPER, Wyo. — Provided below are the defendants and charges from appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court on Monday, March 13, 2023.

Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen presided, while Assistant District Attorney  Blaine Nelson represented the state.

All persons entering not guilty pleas or charged with felonies are presumed innocent until convicted or pleading guilty. Official charges are subject to change by the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Pleas on felony charges are not entered in circuit court, though bond conditions are set.

Also included are pleading to modified charges entered in circuit in court.

Felonies and engrossed misdemeanors (pleas not entered in circuit court)

  • Loren Drinkwalter, 29 – DUI: third offense within 10 years
    • $3,000 cash or surety bond
  • Danny Bouissey, 36 – DUI: fourth offense within 10 years, no required interlock device
    • $1,250 cash or surety bond
  • Joel Wilson, 39 – Possession of a controlled substance: third or subsequent
    • $7,500 cash or surety bond
  • David Gray, 33 – Failure to register as a sex offender
    • $4,000 cash or surety bond

No contest and guilty pleas

  • Mary Ellen Yates, 26 – Domestic battery: first offense
    • Pleaded No Contest
    • Six months suspended, two years supervised probation
  • Carissa Eaton, 31 – Probation revocation (admit to meth use, leaving county without permission, missed UAs)
    • 60 days jail, remaining one year suspended
    • Eligible for sentence modification pending application to Drug Court
  • Denver Eaton – Probation revocation (failure to update address, positive UA)
    • One year suspended, one year supervised probation
    • 90 days drug and alcohol testing
  • Dakota Jenkins, 25 – Escape felony detention
    • $10,000 cash or surety
  • Joe Montoya, 49 – Eluding, driving under suspension, possession of methamphetamine
    • 30 days, remaining one year suspended
    • Two years supervised probation
  • Matthew Pickett, 29 – Possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana
    • One year suspended
    • One year supervised probation
  • Richard Ravert, 61 – Possession of controlled substance: meth
    • 20 days and done
  • Malachy Springer, 19 – Probation revocation (fail to report, positive UA)
    • 10 days jail, remaining one year suspended
    • Two years supervised probation
  • Joel Wilson, 39 – Probation revocation (terminated from ADC)
    • 60 days jail

Not guilty pleas

  • Dylan Wise – Probation revocation
    • $1,000 cash or surety bond
  • Johnathon Wentz, 27 – Domestic battery
    • $2,000 cash or surety bond

Extradition

  • Sean Wright, 33 – Warrant out of Greeley, Colorado ($10,000 bond)
