A Casper teacher who was reportedly arrested while at Crest Hill Elementary School on Monday afternoon has made his initial appearance in Natrona County Circuit Court.
33-year-old Kellan W. Holbrook was arrested during the afternoon hours of November 26th. Law enforcement records from Casper Police said only that Holbrook had been arrested on Criminal Warrants. Both police paperwork and a statement from the Natrona County School District say that Holbrook was at Crest Hill Elementary at the time of the arrest.
Holbrook has been charged with domestic battery and reckless endangerment from an incident in August 2018. He has also been charged with domestic battery and child endangerment from an incident in September 2016. All charges are misdemeanors.

He pled not guilty and is being held on a $500 bond on each incident for a total of $1,000 cash or surety.
Holbrook made headlines several years ago when his family was involved in a fundraising effort for one of Holbrook’s children, who was diagnosed with a rare medical problem.
