  • Tia Lawrence, 52 – Possession of a controlled substance x2 (meth, marijuana; third or subsequent offenses)
    • Bond: $5,000 personal recognizance bond
  • Taylor Swingholm, 27 – Possession of a controlled substance: meth: over 3 grams
    • Bond: $3,000 cash or surety
  • Kendall Doak, 43 – Aggravated assault and battery
    • Bond: $5,000 cash or surety

No contest and guilty pleas

  • Kyle Knight, 22 – Probation revocation (absconding from ACC)
    • Sentence: 190 days jail
  • Marshall Mayhan, 19 – DUI, driving under suspension, minor in possession of alcohol, interference with a peace officer
    • Sentence: One year jail suspended, three years supervised probation
    • Eligible for sentence review if accepted for Adult Drug Court
  • Anthony Witcher, 34 – DWUI, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, eluding, reckless driving, lighting violation
    • Sentence: One year jail x2 (concurrent sentences)
    • Eligible for sentence review if accepted for Adult Drug Court
