CASPER, Wyo. — Provided below are the defendants and charges from appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court on Tuesday, February 7.

Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Nichole Collier presided, while Assistant District Attorney Kevin Taheri represented the state.

All persons entering not guilty pleas or charged with felonies are presumed innocent until convicted or pleading guilty. Official charges are subject to change by the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Pleas on felony charges are not entered in circuit court, though bond conditions are set.

Also included are pleading to modified charges entered in circuit in court.

  • Solana Sisneros, 27 — Possession of a controlled substance: meth, possession of a controlled substance: marijuana, driving under suspension
    • One year supervised probation x2
    • Held for Adult Drug Court
  • Christipher Bramlett, 26 — Petty theft
    • Six months jail suspended
    • Six months supervised probation
  • Casey Hudgens, 41 — Driving under suspension
    • Six months jail suspended
    • Six months unsupervised probation
    • $820 fine to be paid by July 5
  • Ashely Ziler-Bighead, 33 — Possession of a controlled substance: meth
    • Time served (28 days)
  • Kevan Peppersack, 22 — DUI, no insurance
    • Six months jail suspended
    • One year supervised probation
    • $1,220 in fines and restitution for damage
