CASPER, Wyo. — Provided below are the defendants and charges from appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court so far this week.
Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Nichole Collier presided and Assistant District Attorney Stephanie Arrache represented the state on Monday. Judge Michael Patchen presided while Assistant DA Ashley Neves represented the state on Tuesday.
