Natrona County Circuit Court arraignments (3/29/23)

CASPER, Wyo. — Provided below are the defendants and charges from appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court on Wednesday, March 29. 

Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Brian Christensen presided, while Assistant District Attorney Mackenzie Morrison represented the state.

All persons entering not guilty pleas or charged with felonies are presumed innocent until convicted or pleading guilty. Official charges are subject to change by the Natrona County District Attorney’s Office.

Pleas on felony charges are not entered in circuit court, though bond conditions are set.

Also included are pleading to modified charges entered in circuit in court.

Felonies and engrossed misdemeanors (pleas not entered in circuit court)

  • Kenneth Rebarcheck, 33 – Strangulation of a household member, domestic battery
    • $30,000 cash or surety bond

No contest and guilty pleas

  • Marshall Mayhan, 20 – Interference, possession of marijuana, property destruction: misdemeanor, trespassing
    • 90 days jail
  • Autumn Morales, 26 – Petty theft, criminal trespass
    • One year jail suspended, one year supervised probation

Not guilty pleas

  • Laura Ouellet, 39 – Driving under suspension, possession of marijuana
    • $1,500 cash or surety bond
  • Corey Coriddi, 34 – DUI
    • $1,000 cash or surety bond
