CASPER, Wyo. — Provided below are the defendants and charges from appearances in Natrona County Circuit Court on Friday, Sept. 1.
The Honorable Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen presided, while Assistant District Attorney Ashlee Neves represented the state.
