Law enforcement officials in Wyoming’s Uinta County are seeking information from the public, after they say four small goats were struck and killed near Interstate 80.
A post on Facebook from Uinta County Law Enforcement Services says that four small goats were let loose, struck, and killed at a truck pull out off of I-80, near mile marker 28.
Law enforcement says that one additional goat survived and was left abandoned in the area.

“We have included a photograph of the ear tag displayed on the goats and photographs of the surviving goat, which was transported to the Lyman Animal Shelter,” Uinta County Law Enforcement posted on Facebook Monday. “There is no known suspect or suspect vehicle information.”
Uinta County Law Enforcement asks anyone with information on the owners of the goats, to contact the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office at 307-783-1000.
