UPDATE: Mills PD say missing teen located, safe

UPDATE: The Mills Police Department said at around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday that Decker has been located and is safe.

CASPER, Wyo. — The Mills Police Department is asking the public to help locate missing teenager Josiah Decker, who was last seen at Natrona County High School at around 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 17.

Decker was still missing as of 11:50 a.m. Wednesday, according to Mills PD Detective Justin Lindberg. Decker was last seen wearing a black NCHS ROTC sweatshirt, blue jeans and cowboy boots.

His mother stated that there is a possibility Decker might have headed to Cheyenne with a friend, according to Lindberg.

“If you have any knowledge as to the whereabouts of Josiah, please call the Mills Police Department at 307-266-4796,” the Mills PD said.
