CASPER, Wyo. — Wyoming Amber Alert reported Tuesday that three children have been found safe.

The Amber Alert has been canceled after it was issued Monday afternoon. Wyoming Amber Alert thanked the community for its assistance in the investigation.

The three children, ages 4, 6 and 7, had been forcibly removed from their custodial grandparents by their non-custodial mother Serena Perea, according to Wyoming Amber Alert.

The initial Amber Alert reported the suspect and children may have been traveling in a gray 2018 Ford Focus, but an update issued early Tuesday said the suspect had reportedly changed vehicles overnight and was believed to be traveling in a Ford Fusion with a broken rear windshield and no plates.
