CASPER, Wyo. — A Florida man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a Peterbilt commercial vehicle on Wednesday morning near Wright.
According to a preliminary report from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, Florida resident Martin Pegelow, 75, was attempting to turn north onto WY 59 from WY 387. While turning left, he failed to yield to a northbound Peterbilt on WY 59.
The WHP says a helmet was in use and conditions were clear and dry.
Preliminary reports are subject to change by the WHP.
