New Year Reset Program w/ Shea Lehnen
January 17, 2020 @ 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Starting January 17th, begin the process of a 4 week discovery of your health and habits.
4 weeks of eating completely clean. (No trigger foods, no alcohol).
4 weeks of a Friday evening, 6:30pm Yoga Practice at WyOMing Yoga:
– Each practice will mirror the energy of the group and the stages of detoxing – Jan 17, 24,31 and Feb 7
4 weeks of MEDITATION! Weekly meditation videos via a private Facebook group.
4 weeks of self-discovery and understanding of any anxiety or depression.
4 weeks of creating healthy daily routines and habits, for yourself and your loved ones.
6 weeks of emails, weekly inspiration and motivation!
Recipes and inspiration will be provided electronically as well as via a private Facebook group to allow for growing with like-minded individuals.

There will be 2 weeks of pre-planning and prepping with Shea via email BEFORE the 4 week program begins. BEGINNING JANUARY 3rd!
Start with a one on one 20-30-minute consultation either in person, or via phone.

Adopting philosophy from Dr. Kelly Brogan, holistic psychiatrist, Shea has created a program designed to clear the body of excess chatter and toxins, promote healthy healing of the gut and improve the overall mental state of participants.
