Qigong utilizes simple movements synchronized with breath and mindfulness to bring improved focus, energy, health, balance and flexibility of both the body and mind. Please let the instructor know if you have any physical limitations so she can modify the movements. This way anyone is able to participate.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Sessions are $10 per person. Classes begin promptly at 9am.
