A glance forward toward the Wyoming springtime season, some of the Oil City’s planters downtown, are sparking into a a little bit of late March life.
These purple blossoms were spotted downtown, on the 100 block of East 2nd Street, near the statue titled “Wyoming Wind.”
As of March 22, 2017, approximately 2:15 pm, the National Weather service is advising of spring showers this evening, and maybe some snow showers late Thursday.
