CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper man alleged to have committed several burglaries has been arrested by Casper police.
Anthony Lippincott was arrested and charged on Thursday, July 11 with three felony burglary charges, according to the Casper Police Department.
“Through tireless and professional policing work, Casper Police Officers were able to find corroborating physical evidence and obtain a full confession from Lippincott,” police officials announced on Friday.

“The suspect’s burglary spree began on July 1, 2019 when he burglarized a Casper salon. Over the next several days, he went on to burglarize a real estate office and photography studio.”
Police said that tread impressions from Lippincott’s shoes are among the evidence they’re relying on to allege his connection with the three crimes.

“Officers were able to match Lippincott’s description to the previous burglary crimes through surveillance footage.”
Police obtained a search warrant and arrested Lippincott.
“Officers recovered a number of the stolen items that matched the description of items stolen from the previous week and obtained a confession from the suspect,” police officials added.
The investigation is on-going and police suspect Lippincott may be connected to other reported burglaries.
All of those cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filings from the respective offices of involved District Attorneys.
