Shawn Snyder, DNP, FNP-C, a Family Nurse Practitioner for the CHCCW Quick Care Clinic, stated, “Sports Physical Week is a great opportunity for Community Health to connect with the community, engage with students, and hopefully make a positive impact on someone’s health and wellness. My favorite part is learning about each student’s future goals and being able to offer them encouragement on their educational journey.”

CHCCW began the “No Cost To You Sports Physicals” in 2016 to help meet a community need. The costs of preparing children for sports and activities for the school year can be daunting. If families have more than one child, those costs can skyrocket. To help caretakers tackle these costs, CHCCW began to offer “no cost to you” sports physicals for the Casper community.
CHCCW has provided roughly 1,500 sports physicals during their annual events. This equates to thousands of dollars in savings for the Casper community.
CHCCW serves as a one stop shop for community health needs. With a quick care, family medicine, behavioral health, pharmacy, and more, CHCCW offers services for everyone. CHCCW is also located on a bus route.
