The Natrona County Fire District says they have received a number of questions about how people can help assist firefighters.
“We have been receiving a lot of questions about how people can help the firefighters fighting the Pedro Mountain Fire and those who have been affected by the fire itself,” they said on Facebook. “A few selfless individuals have already dropped off supplies to us and for that we are very grateful.”
They have received donations and supplies and say they don’t need any more at this time.
“At this time, we are not taking any more donations or supplies due to the already large amount stockpiled at Station 7,” NC Fire District said.
They’ll post on Facebook if they are in need of any supplies or donations.
“Natrona County Fire District is absolutely blown away by the continued support that we receive,” they added. “We love this community and we are proud to serve it. Thank you Natrona County.”
