The Kindness Revolution™️ is a national non-profit (501c6) business membership organization with the mission of raising the awareness of values, such as kindness in leadership, customer service, schools and communities. The Kindness Revolution is funded entirely by it’s members (Community Champions), without the dependence on government or charitable funding.
State Farm Agent, Eric Brinkerhoff, or otherwise known as #Agent307, is Casper’s “Community Champion” on behalf of the Kindness Revolution.
Eric has spent time with multiple elementary schools implementing programs that raise awareness of the impact Kindness has on our community. Along with recognition for students and staff who demonstrate remarkable kindness, students are also awarded the popular “It’s Cool 2B Kind” wristbands when they are noticed committing acts of Kindness at school.

Eric has led mini-events around the community to raise awareness through school assemblies, gatherings and social media events. Kindness Ambassadors have been enlisted in town to ‘Pay it Forward’ by handing out Kindness wristbands to those they see promoting kindness, as well as ‘Thank-you for your Service’ bands to Policeman, Fireman and Veterans.
