Cheryl A. Doepke, 62, of Casper, WY passed away at her home after a brief battle with Pancreatic Cancer, with her two daughters by her side.
Cheryl Ann Blinsky was born in Kensal, ND on the 27th of April, 1957. Daughter of the late Harold J. and B. Kathleen Blinsky.

She is the youngest of 6 siblings.
She attended Wimbledon HS and graduated in May 1975. She married her sweetheart Rodney Dean Doepke September 20, 1975 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Wimbledon, ND. In October of 1978 Cheryl and Dean became parents to Twin daughters, Michelle and Danelle, while stationed in Agana, Guam UST.
In November of 1981 Cheryl and Dean divorced while stationed in Adak, AK. Cheryl and her girls returned to ND and during this time she earned her Criminal Justice degree from Bismarck State College in 1987. Working as a correctional officer at the North Dakota State Penitentiary in Bismarck and the ND State industrial School for girls. On April 6, 1991 the love of these two sweethearts were married once again after their 10 year “break” and moved to Mare Island Naval Submarine Base, Vallejo CA.
In October of 1992, The Doepke family moved to Casper, WY to finishing raising their daughters and living a beautiful loving life.
At the time of Cheryl’s battle with Cancer she retired from the WY Department of Family Services after nearly 25 years of public service on September 23, 2019.
Cheryl loved her job and DFS was like her 2nd family and loved by so many co-workers.
She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Jeremy) Virtue and Danelle (Jon) Schaffner. Grandchildren Jacob Dean Schaffner (17), Zackary Chase Virtue (16), Alexander Raymond Virtue (14) and the beautiful Waverly Lynn Schaffner (13).
Brothers, Ellis (JoAnn) Blinsky, Floyd(Pam) Blinsky. Sister, Sharon (Bruce) Shockley and Janice Blinsky. Brother in Laws Dale (Peggy) Doepke, Duane Doepke and Steve (Jennifer) Weixel. Cheryl is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
Cheryl was proceeded in death by her husband Rodney Dean Doepke, grandson Caelan Dean Virtue, parents Harold & Kathleen (McDaniel) Blinsky and brother Duane Blinsky, Niece, Shannon Blinsky.

Donna Marie Loomis, age 67, of Casper, passed away October 22, 2019 at Meadow Wind Assisted Living. Donna was born July 5, 1952 in Virginia, Minnesota to Raymond and Terttu (Kilpela) Helander. Donna graduated from Horseman High School in Biwabik, Minnesota. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of Minnesota, Duluth. After graduating, she relocated to Casper, Wyoming where she met and married the love of her life James Loomis on June 9, 1982. She worked for the City of Casper Fire Department as an administrative secretary for 18 years before retiring. She was an avid skier, hiker, and outdoors enthusiast. She enjoyed photography and astronomy. The greatest highlight was volunteering at Bryce National Park for Dark Sky Viewers.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 34 years, James “Jim” Loomis, and brother, Ernest. She is survived by her brothers, Ricky and Randy Helander, sister, Diane Helander, brother-in-law, Allan, cousin, Yeshe, and numerous nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1:00pm at Newcomer Casper Chapel. A reception will follow at the Nicolaysen Art Museum Gallery, 400 E. Collins Drive, Casper, WY 82601.
Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army in Casper in Donna’s memory.
Tim Ryan, 57, passed away on October 20, 2019 at Wyoming Medical Center following an illness.
Born on December 20, 1961 in Wheatland, Wyoming. Moving to Glenrock, Wyoming with his parents and two sisters he attended high school at Glenrock High School. After high school the family ended up moving to Casper. Living in Casper all his adult life, working various jobs. Tim and Doris met the summer of 1997. Falling in love they were married on June 17, 1998. Having three children together.
One of Tim’s main hobbies was collecting hot wheels, always in search for the “Treasure Hunt” hot wheels. Tim and Randy Brite met at a young age. They would ride their mountain bikes up the mountain and then cruise down then mountain on their roller skates. Growing up together they would take on many automotive projects.
Tim leaves his wife Doris Ryan of 20 years, Sheila and Brandy Ryan his two daughters, Kyle and Brandon Ryan his two sons, Jo Ann Ryan his mother, Randy Brite his best friend, and many other close friends.
Tim is preceded in death by his father Edward Louis Ryan Jr., his two sisters Angel and Tammy Ryan.
