“Wyoming’s Rib & Chop House will start moving into the recently renovated space in November, making the restaurant the 10th Rib & Chop House and 5th location in Wyoming.”
Rib & Chop House Chief Operation Officer and Accomplice Beer Company owner Rory Sandoval and Vice President of Operations Chris O’Bryan will own and operate the location.
“We can’t say enough about the location, the historic nature of the building and the extraordinary renovations that have been done. This is a great opportunity for us to finally bring the Rib & Chop House concept to the Casper community and share our ‘Rocky Mountain Hospitality’ with central Wyoming,” said Sandoval.
O’Bryan and his family have a “special connection with Casper.”
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring the Rib & Chop House to Casper,” O’Bryan said. “It’s a special community that my family and I have enjoyed over the years and we are happy to be a part of it again. I’m looking forward to providing Casper residents with an exceptional dining experience.”
Food will be similar to other Rib & Chop locations.
They will offer “classic steakhouse fare combined with more unique entrees, great options for kids and families, and a full bar with regional beers on tap,” the release says. “In addition, the restaurant will offer many conveniences such as online ordering, catering, member rewards discounts and private dining options.”
“The Rib & Chop House will officially be open for business in December and staff hiring will start in November.”
