An “art car’ created for the Nevada desert’s Burning Man Festival might be the last thing you’d expect to see on a snowy Halloween night in Downtown Casper. But trick-or-treaters on Wolcott Street were delighted by the car’s surprise appearance at the area’s annual Halloween celebration.
Creator Keith Gillihan explained that he and co-creator Leland Johnson built the car–a tricked out Cushman golf cart–for Burning Man in 2018. While the car currently features over 7500 LED lights, Gillihan says they intend to add new features each year.
