CASPER, Wyo. — An owl with a broken wing has been rescued from I-25 near Casper.
Two Wyoming Department of Transportation employees are responsible for the rescue.
“While picking up traffic control on I-25, two hard working WYDOT employees Marc Drazick and Robert ‘Skip’ Harvey came across an owl with a broken wing,” WYDOT said on Monday, Nov. 25. “They took the time to get it out of harms way and over to the Wyoming Game and Fish office in Casper.”
