Stuff the Van Toy Drive
What: Not only does Stuff the Van give kids a bright Christmas, it helps to give them a bright future. Funds donated to Stuff the Van are used to help round out the holiday meals for kids who go hungry, and if they surpass their goals, then those funds go to feed kids the rest of the year through the Food for Thought Weekend Food Bag Program. Toys for all ages are needed.

Holiday Sound Bath w/ Sacred Sounds
What: Sound healing and sound therapy are powerful modalities that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul.This is an excellent opportunity to explore the benefits of sound healing in a group setting. Please wear layers of warm comfy clothing and be sure to bring extra blankets and pillows as you will be resting on your back for the entire session. You will want to make yourself as cozy as possible.

What: Learn how to plan ahead and make easy, healthy meals that fit into your busy lifestyle. Prepare 5 main entrees (or 10 smaller ones) to take home and freeze, plus smoothie packs. Each entree serves approximately 4-6 people. Recipes consist of 2 chicken, 1 vegetarian, and 2 beef meals. Recipe booklet and kitchen gadget included! Payment is required in advance, but is refundable if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of class.

Walk with a Doc Fall Series
What: Walk with a Doc brings communities together by creating safe spaces to experience health education and inspiration. We’re moving indoors for our Fall series, and each week will be led by one of Casper’s leading health and wellness organizations offering a different activity or lesson.

Tween Book Club: “All’s Faire in Middle School”
What: The Newbery Honor-winning author of “Roller Girl” is back with a heartwarming graphic novel about starting middle school, surviving your embarrassing family, and the Renaissance Faire. Students in grades 4–6 are invited to join us as we discuss Victoria Jamieson’s “All’s Faire in Middle School” at the Natrona County Library Tween Book Club on Monday, December 16 at 4 pm in the Crawford Room.
