CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Cheyenne Frontier Days CEO Tom Hirsig announced today that the 10-day event will be making it’s return this summer at full capacity.

During the announcement, Hirsig stated that the CFD is consulting with public health officials moving forward. However, currently, they are planning a full-capacity event with no mask requirement.

He offered that CFD is be one of the country’s first major rodeo events to be announced post-pandemic. “This is a signal that we’re ready to become normal again,” Hirsig went on to say.

He added that they would be releasing the concert lineup on Thursday, April 8th, 2021.

“We are ready for a rebound,” Hirsig stated.
