CASPER, Wyo. — Casper Police have confirmed that they’ve received reports of a juvenile female missing from the Casper, Wyoming area, and are asking area residents and visitors for information to help find her.
According to officials from the non-profit organization, We Help The Missing, 13-year-old Emily Barelle has been missing from the Casper, Wyoming area since April 20, 2021.

“CPD has been actively following up on leads as to the juvenile’s whereabouts,” said a Casper Police Department spokesperson. “Anybody with information is encouraged to call CPD at 307-235-8578.”

According to a statement from a We Help The Missing Private Investigator, Emily could possibly be in either the Casper or Billings, Montana areas. The private investigator went on to say that Emily is believed to be with an unknown adult male.
“Our mission is to help locate missing persons and to support, guide, give comfort and hope to the families through this most difficult time and beyond,” the We Help The Missing website says. The organization is a Utah-based non-profit with listings for missing persons nationwide.
We Help the Missing says Emily was last seen near the 1300 block of East 1st Street, in Casper. She was reportedly wearing jeans, a hoodie, and Vans shoes at the time.
“There is a possibility that Emily is with other teens. She allegedly is in the company of an older male and could have traveled to Montana. Her family is extremely concerned for her safety,” a social media statement from the organization said Monday.
