CASPER, Wyo. — Traffic on Interstate 80 near Laramie has been impacted Saturday afternoon by a “serious crash” in which a commercial motor vehicle struck a bridge at milepost 316.
The Wyoming Highway Patrol Commercial Carrier division said on social media around 1:30 p.m. that the passing lane westbound would be closed for crash cleanup.
The eastbound offramp will have a long term closure “due to significant bridge damage,” the agency said. “Please plan accordingly and give crews room to work and clean up.”
