CASPER, Wyo. — This Mother’s Day weekend, Casper Antiques and Collectors Club (CACC) is hosting a Super Flea at Casper Fairgrounds Industrial Building. You can come and peruse the collection Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
According to Ruth Doyle, the president of CACC, “The show features almost 200 tables of items for sale by Wyoming dealers, ranging from vintage, handcrafts, upcycle, antiques, plants, jewelry, firearms, knives, furniture, and baked goods…..to name a few.”
This year, the club is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Throughout its 50 years, it has has supported Wyoming museums and nonprofit organizations. The club is supporting Casper’s senior population, with ticket sales going to the Senior Center in Casper.
“The March show benefited the local Patriot Guard Riders, honoring veterans,” says Doyle. Any additional show profits will be donated once a year to Wyoming museums. Doyle says that last year the club donated $10,000 to museums.
Come support local dealers and local nonprofits by attending the Super Flea on this Mother’s Day weekend. The Super Fleas are the first weekend of March, May and October each year. For additional information, call or text CACC President Ruth Doyle at 307-235-3141.
